Several Tamil voice sessions had poor STT accuracy this morning. WER seems to spike around 18%.

Acknowledged. Checking Deepgram health + considering temporary fallback to Whisper for Tamil.

[internal] Deepgram support says they're investigating a regional model degradation. Switching Tamil to whisper_api fallback for next 24h.
