Scope
This page lets you edit what the widget says: bot name, tagline, greeting, quick replies, per-language content. Visual branding (logo, colours, theme, position, whitelabel) is operator-side and lives in Settings → Brand & theme (Super Admin only).

Short subtitle under the bot name.
Greeting (EN)
First message shown when a visitor opens the widget.

One per line. Shown as chips before the visitor's first message. Keep them short, 2-4 words each.
